Anyone that sells or serves draught beer will want to access the just released Draught Beer Quality Manual.  This free online how-to manual explains how to serve the best quality beer on tap.  The nation’s craft brewer large brewer experts teamed up in this 1 1/2 year collaborative effort.  Tapping into each other’s knowledge and research base the result is published as the Brewers Association Draught Beer Quality Manual.
