Fuggles 4.0% alpha  42 g  60 minutes
East Kent Goldings 5.0 % alpha  14 g  15 minutes

Fermentation
Yeast: WLP002 English Ale
Fermented at 18 degrees C for 14 days.
Lagered at 15-12 degrees C for 60 days.
