Delta-8 CBD gummy bear of Area 52 is a joint-venture between Delta-8 Pharmaceuticals and THC, Inc., to produce a new medical marijuana product. The delta-8 THC is the brand name of Tetrahydrocannabinol, which is the active ingredient found in marijuana. Delta-8 CBD is intended for use in treating cancer patients who are undergoing chemotherapy. In 2021, the United States Government had made it legal for medicinal use of marijuana. Delta-8 cannabis is not yet approved by the FDA.
