Har brygget etter oppskriften under noen ganger med stort hell. Det blir en snadder ale. Men så begynte jeg å tenke på hvordan den kan gjøres enda mer lettdrikkelig (skal serveres på en grillfest).
Hva slags forskjell vil det utgjøre å gjære denne som en lager på f.eks. 9-10 grader? Vil safale us-05 takle den lave temperaturen? Og hva vil det gjøre med smaksprofilen?
