Hei folkens,
beklager at min norsk er veldig dårlig så jeg må skriver på engelsk.
Currently, I am a extract brewer, with a 22l kjele, and just moved to a new place where the electric oven top isn't quite as powerful as my old place.
It takes forrrrrever for the kettle to boil on its own, and its not a real nice rolling boil, more of a sort of simmering boil.
I'm starting to do research on how to get to a full boil faster, and bigger batches when I have the money to switch to all grain.
Propane is out of the question. I live in an apartment building and don't trust myself with outdoor fires.
So what are my options,
Is there any powerful enough hotplates, or is my only real option buying a heatstick from brygging.no?
If anyone can point me in a direction, or looking to get rid of some old electric settup then let me know.
Tusen takk!
Matt
