De selger koblinger fra DMfit. Acetalkoblingene deres i størrelser opp til og med 5/16" er godkjent for 16 bar ved 20°C, 10 bar ved 65°C. De skal tåle CO2. Jeg har brukt slike koblinger mye, også med CO2, uten problemer. Er det gjengede koblinger som ryker?
Bruker du eksakt riktig størrelse på rørene/slangene du stikker inn? Det er veldig små toleranser på de greiene der. Hvis den passer/går inn så betyr ikke det at det er riktig slange for formålet. F.eks går en 10mm slange/rør inn i en 3/8" kobling men det er ikke riktig, siden slangen da er 0.5mm større enn koblingen skal ha.
Huh! Dmfit? Er vel en anerkjent produsent, bortsett fra at det er en brøkdel av prisen av JG, dmfit er vel korea, så kanskje kina-symptom? Spent på å høre hvordan det går videre.
JG er som regel gråere, disse er lysere i fargen.
Første gang fra Windows 10 Phone :OHar du brukt StarSan på koplingene? Ser at noen anbefaler det til lekkasjetesting. Plasten liker nok dårlig at rester av syre blir liggende igjen.

Several different methods exist for sanitising the internal surfaces of fluid systems, including sodium hypochlorite, hydrogen peroxide, chlorine dioxide or ozone. It is entirely the responsibility of the end user to determine if the chosen method is suitable for use with John Guest products over the plannedworking life of the system. However, to avoid unnecessary early failure, JohnGuest requires that the disinfection solution must be immediately flushed out at all draw off points with fresh, wholesome water at the end of the disinfection period. The solution must not be left in the system. Disinfection solutions must only come into contact with the internal (fluid carrying) surfaces of the system. If any other surfaces of a fitting come into contact with disinfection solution the whole fitting must be replaced immediately. Polypropylene fittings offer greater resistance to aggressive chemicals than Acetal fittings but do not have the same mechanical properties. John Guest polypropylene fittings are generally designated by the part number prefix PP or PPM."

Dette blir jo bare spekulasjoner fra meg, men: For (innsiden av) koplingene på ølsiden blir StarSan tynnet ut og vasket bort av ølet som passerer. For gass-siden vil tilsvarende CO2 tørke ut vannet og etterlate små mengder med konsentrert syre...
Fikk svar av leverandør. Leverandør fikk ikke sett bildene, bare lest teksten i tråden.
Dette var nytt for de. Videre skrives det at som regel hvis det er noe som trenger videre undersøkelse så sendes bitene det er noe galt med til England for grundig analyse. Ut av boksen (mine ord) så tror de at det kan være star-san. JG skal tåle mye kjemikalier dog.
Men f.eks Star San + Silikon er en no-no. Det sprekker opp silikonet.
