Hei. Prøver å lage en klone av Mastodon Mother Puncher fra Mikkeller. Har basert oppskriften på ingrediensene jeg har fått oppgitt av Mikkeller. Men har ikke forholdene og gjærtypen. Oppskriften er inspirert av en farmhouse-IPA og en annen pasjonsfrukt-IPA. Kom gjerne med tilbakemelding på om dette kan smake godt. Dette er første gang jeg prøver å sette sammen en oppskrift i BeerSmith.

Mastodon Mother Puncher is a farmhouse IPA, which basically means its packed with tons of funky flavors from the brettanomyces (used in brewing to heighten sensory reflexes) and mashed up with sweet and tart notes from passion fruit creating a deliciously funky IPA.
Fikk svar fra Mikkeller: We use Pilsner Malt, Cara Munich and flaked oats, Amarillo and Simcoe hops and passionfruit.
With help from our buddy Brann Dailor from the metal band Mastodon, we are releasing Mother Puncher this Tuesday. For the release on Tuesday, we’ll have the band and the beer at Warpigs, so if you’re in Copenhagen, come by and check it out, starts at 5pm.
